Covering 120 square metres, the upper-floor apartment has two separate bedrooms, two shower rooms with WC, a cosy kitchen-diner and a large living room with gallery. Relax in the corner by the open fire or at the three-metre-long dining table beside the tiled stove.

In addition to the extensive kitchen equipment there is a TV, dishwasher, oven and microwave. On the large south-facing balcony with its two loggias you will find sun loungers and a dining table.

This ground-floor apartment has a hallway, a bedroom with four-poster bed, a shower room and a spacious living and dining room with a bright kitchen. It is lovingly furnished in Tyrolean style and fully equipped, with TV, dishwasher, mini oven and, in addition to central heating, a wood stove.

It looks out onto the large, beautiful garden with a little brook running through it. On the wooden south-facing balcony with loggia there are sun loungers and a garden table, plus a private terrace with a view of the Wilder Kaiser.
